UPDATES & In Case of Closure

As the days go by, we are constantly improving our procedures and plans to sanitize, mitigate risk, and keep our community healthy and thriving. Below are some updated plans and procedures:

Mobile Check-in and Class Size Caps

We have removed the keyboard and trackpad at the front check-in computer to minimize the spread of germs. We request that you check-in to class ahead of time or upon arrival to the gym on your mobile device.

You may sign-up for the class ahead of time at least a week in advance by going to m.wodtogether.com on your phone and entering your WOD Together email (used on your waiver) and password. You can request a new password on the desktop version (wodtogether.com), or change with us at the gym. Please DO NOT make a new account.

In order to allow proper spacing and not sharing equipment, we will be capping weekday classes at 15 people and weekend classes at 20 people for the time being. If you are past the cap we will ask that you workout at another time.

It is recommended that you sign-up for a class in advance, as this will reserve your spot, especially if you attend a time that is regularly busy (weekdays 5pm and Saturdays 9:30am). If you are signed up for a class and are unable to attend, please un-reserve your spot so someone else does not miss out.

Please bear with us during this time. We know some things may not be pleasant, but we are doing all we can to keep our doors open, members taken care of, and staff paid.

Kids Camp

With schools temporarily out, it’s important that our members are still able to workout, and the kiddos are able to stay active too. We have designed a Kid’s Camp starting Monday 3/16. Please spread the word to anyone you know may be interested.

Remote Coaching Program

Prior to all this, we have been working on a Remote Coaching Program offering with individualized coaching and accountability for participants via their home or travel. A coach will be in constant communication with you, provide individualized workouts and focuses tailored specifically for you, and take into account any equipment you may have at your disposal.

The cost for this service is greater than a regular class membership, but we will extend this offering to all current members during this challenging time for no extra charge.

If you are self-quarantining, not comfortable coming to the gym, or unable to leave the home for school closures or whatever, this service will be provided for you. In the event of a forced closure of the gym, we will take this action for EVERY member. We will make sure you stay as healthy, immune, and sane as possible.

Equipment Share Program

In the event of a forced closure, we will be implementing an Equipment Share Program, where we will allow EVERY member to borrow 1 piece of equipment to use at home until re-opening. Think of it as your library book but from the gym! Your Remote Coach will be able to use this, among other creative and fun things, to keep you on track!

We will do all we can to keep our members happy, healthy, and safe during this time, as well as keeping our staff in a job. If you have been significantly affected by this recent situation, please reach out and we will do all we can to help. We will thrive together!
