I have been doing CrossFit for 5.5 years, I’ve been at Reform for 2 years.
How did you come across CrossFit?
My sister Chantelle was doing CrossFit up in Seattle, and when I went to visit her she made me try it out. Then my brother and I decided to start doing CrossFit together.

The goal I’ve had for a while is to do 1 muscle up.
Do you have a favorite girl or hero WOD?

I grew up in Lake Forest, sooooo far away haha

Teleportation, I get motion sickness and wish to never get on a boat or plane again.

to have a garage, idk… I guess I dont have 3 wishes haha
If you could host a dinner party with any 3 people dead or alive, who would you have attend?

Share 1 thing that people in the gym would not know about you?
I have 27 first cousins
How has CrossFit changed your life?
I feel like CrossFit bridged a gap for me. I grew up in team sports and while I got used to the gym rat life in college; I would regularly fall into the rut of not knowing what to do at the gym, and feeling unmotivated by working out alone. CrossFit mitigated those problems for me, and provided an environment that helps me be consistent with working out and living the healthy lifestyle I aspire to have.
Would you like to give any shout outs to those in the gym who have encouraged you or inspired you?
The entire 6:30 class is always so fun and encouraging. Mike is always quick with a high five, while Lauren and Chelsey remind me that I don’t need a time cap and can make it through all the reps.
