Healthy Highlights: Luna Grill

Our local area has some great healthy eating options, and we want to highlight them for you. One well-known place is Luna Grill.


Luna Grill has a wide range of healthy entrees, and we would like to highlight them. These 3 meals have a good source of protein and quality vegetables. They taste great, will satisfy your hunger, and keep you healthy. 


Santorini Chicken Bowl

The first selection is the Santorini Chicken Bowl. This bowl is made with grilled chicken, rice, greek cabbage, couscous, tzatziki, hummus, onions, olives and pesto. This option is a good combo of protein and carbs with a little healthy fats thrown in.


Kabob Plate

Next up is the classic Kabob Plate. This is a good option because you can choose  chicken, salmon or sirloin steak. It comes with salad, rice and pita. Once again a good combo of protein and carbs. To make this a healthier balanced plate I would suggest skipping the pita if you are having rice. If you are eating lower carb you can ask for double salad and skip the rice and pita :).


Mediterranean Salad

Another option is the Mediterranean Salad. This is a great option that includes Israeli couscous, diced tomato, cucumber, red onion, mint, parsley, scallions, feta cheese, house vinaigrette, and a lettuce medley. Once again a great protein source with couscous for the carbohydrate.
