Tomorrow, May 18th, is the 5th Annual Guns N Hoses Competition and we have a lot of members competing!

We have attached the heat list for you to view. (GNH Heat List 5.14) Please feel free to share it with your family and friends so that they know when to come watch! There will be a designated Athlete’s Village area for you to hang out with our members competing so bring a chair if you wish. Spectators are free. Paleo Zone will be providing breakfast and lunch options for purchase. Cash or credit accepted.
It is located at the North Net Training Center. A map is attached for your convenience. (North Net Parking Map) Parking in the nearby lots is NOT allowed. Those are private owned businesses and they will tow you. (Yikes!) Other parking areas are limited and are further away from the venue.

Athlete check-in will open at 7:00am and go until 7:45am.

An overview of the workouts will begin promptly at 8:00am with opening ceremonies starting at 8:15am.

The first heat will start at 8:30am with the last heat starting at 3:00pm.

Don’t forget to dress in your 80’s attire and to bring a mat if you want to join Lululemon for their restorative yoga session from 7am-8am!
