1. How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started July of 2022
2. How did you come across CrossFit?
It’s been on my radar for a long time. I always felt like it was something that would push me beyond my physical and mental limits and would help me have better overall health. I was right!

6. Where are you from?
Kentucky, but have lived in Orange County for 20 years.
7.If you could have one superpower what would it be and why?
Sleeplessness – to be able to go without sleep yet still maintain the same energy level. Always feels like I’m wasting time. Haha
8. If you were granted 3 wishes, what would they be?
Corey’s hair
Eric’s athleticism
Dennis’ calves
9. If you could host a dinner party with any 3 people dead or alive, who would you have attend?
Jesus

10. Share 1 thing that people in the gym would not know about you?
My wife, Jen, and I have been married 22 years and are blessed with 3 amazing kiddos – Emma 16, Caleb 15 and Hudson 10.
11. How has CF changed your life?
Throughout my life I have been a decently competitive runner with high mileage and fairly fast times. I had good endurance and speed, but no full body strength, lots of pain, very little agility and poor mobility. CrossFit has addressed all those weaknesses and more. I have more energy, more strength and more mental focus in all areas of life.
12. Would you like to give any shout outs to those in the gym who have encouraged you or inspired you?
Big shoutout to the Reform coaching staff and the 8:15 crew. You guys are the best.
