2021 Double Dare WODs

Our 8th annual Double Dare Anniversary Partner Competition WODs are below.

 

Double Dare is put together to have a good time and celebrate our awesome members. The WODs and levels are designed for everyone in the gym to participate, so grab your partner decide which level is best.

 

WODs 1 & 2: “Wild Side”

 

 

12 min. AMRAP:

10 Alternating DB Snatch

1 Wall Climb

15 Wall Ball

1 Wall Climb

*Partners alternate rounds

*Score = Rounds + Reps

Rx: 50/35# DB, 20/14# Ball

Scaled: 30/20# DB, 14/10# Ball

 

Rest 3 min, then:

2,000m Row

1,600m Run

*1 partner rows while other partner runs

*Score = Combined Time

 

 

WOD 3: “It Really Adds Up”

 

 

*For total points

4 min. AMRAP:

Bar Muscle-up/Chest-to-Bar Pull-up (3 points)

Chest-to-Bar Pull-up/Pull-up (2 points)

Pull-up/Ring Row (1 point)

Rx/Scaled level

4 min. AMRAP:

Thruster (3 points)

Snatch (2 points)

Clean & Jerk (1 point)

Rx: 135/95#, Scaled: 75/55#

Lateral Burpee (2 points)

NOTE: This competition is for ALL LEVELS in the gym.  Modifications may be provided beyond the Scaled level if needed.
