Our kids fitness classes in Rancho Santa Margarita are designed to keep children active, engaged, and having fun while learning proper movement patterns. We focus on strength, agility, balance, and coordination through structured workouts, games, and skill-building activities. The 6-11 age group enjoys fun, movement-based exercises, while our teen program (12-17) provides structured strength and conditioning to help with athletic development and injury prevention.
