Setting you up for success!

Our On-Ramp Program is designed to progress new members through the fundamentals of CrossFit. It is a series of Personal Training sessions with your coach.

Through the On-Ramp sessions you will learn the foundations of movement, how to move safely, and progress into classes.

Most people need 5-10 sessions before joining the group setting, but each person is different. Upon finishing the On-Ramp Program your coach will help recommend the best path for reaching your goals. You can also choose to continue with Personal Training.

In our No-Sweat Intro we will help recommend if the On-Ramp will be the best option for you, and how many sessions will be ideal.
