Barbell Club is an Olympic Lifting program focused on improving technique, development, and progression with the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Each Barbell Club cycle is 6 weeks with a 2-hour workshop on the last Saturday.

Consistency in weightlifting is what leads to the best results. Each of our 6-week cycles lead into the next for optimal development. Current participants will have priority registration for the next cycle.

Who is this for?

  • Members with at least 6 months of CrossFit experience
  • Members according to the coach’s recommendation

  • Snatch
  • Clean & Jerk
  • Strength
  • Accessory Work

When do we meet?

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5pm for 60-75 min sessions.
