What is it?
A 30 day Group Nutrition Challenge focusing on Whole 30. Participants will receive:

What is Whole 30?
Whole 30 is a 30 day detox of processed foods to reset your system. During the 30 days you still eat real food, mostly in the form of meat, vegetables, fruit, and healthy fats. At the end of the 30 days you progressively add in certain food groups to gauge your body’s reaction to each.
Why Whole 30?
After taking hundreds of people through different nutrition challenges and focuses, we have found the best results from those doing Whole 30. While fat loss is always great, participants have also cited eliminating aches and pains, deeper sleep, and greater energy throughout the day (many not needing caffeine at all).
Through the experience new healthy habits are acquired, along with learning what really does, and does not, affect your body.
Who is it for?
Our New Year Whole 30 Group Challenge is for anyone looking to get healthier, develop good habits, and learn what negatively affects your body. Grab a friend or family member and have them join in with you.
