How to Succeed
Over the years of helping others, we have found that the first 90 days of anyone's journey are the most important. If the right habits, training, and accountability are set in that time, participants are at a much greater likelihood of success.
Before starting, we will help outline your first 90 days to give a clear path to your goals.
Personal Training is best if you prefer working 1-on-1 with a coach, want the most direct path to your goals, or need accountability.
Our On-Ramp Program is designed to prepare new members for our Group Classes.
It will progress through the fundamentals of CrossFit: learning quality of movements, mobility techniques, and adjusting the body to our training.
On-Ramp sessions (5) are 60 minutes and 1-on-1 with a trainer, scheduled around your availability.
Group Classes (CrossFit, Reboot & Recovery)
Our group classes such as CrossFit & Reboot are what make up a majority of our schedule, and for good reason. CrossFit is about developing GPP (General Physical Preparedness), to keep you ready for any of life’s tasks. While Reboot is our high intensity, conditioning class unique to CrossFit Reform.

Reform Kids was developed to help kids grow up healthy and strong, while enjoying fitness. We have classes for ages 10-13 (Junior Varsity) and ages 14-17 (Varsity).
