CHARITY FUNDRAISER: #CourageFit Challenge

There are many that sacrifice their lives for our health and well being. These men and women return from their jobs with physical, mental, and emotional trauma, and sadly it often goes untreated. 

 

When untreated this can have a drastic impact on these people and their families. It can often be with them forever, affecting their physical and mental health, and sadly lead to many issues, including suicide. 

 

We have a great way to help, and we will.  

 

On Veteran’s Day (Wed. 11/11) we will be participating in a fundraiser to provide treatment for military, fire, police, veterans, and their families. The event is called the #CourageFit Challenge. 

 

What is the #CourageFit Challenge? 

 

The #CourageFit Challenge is a fundraiser combining two amazing foundations that provide treatment and care for these individuals – The Integrated Recovery Foundation (founded by Reformer Ron Gellis) and The Courage Foundation (founded by SealFIT founder Mark Divine). 

 

 

The Challenge is a 3 part workout honoring military, fire, and police that we will complete on Veteran’s Day in all classes at the gym. Participants can make a donation to the Challenge, with their scores added to a national leaderboard, and funds going directly to the foundations for treatment. 

 

You can also donate or support without participating in the workout and can set up a team to raise funds on our own. (More info link)
