If you’re someone who doesn’t like traditional gyms, I completely understand. In fact, I never liked them either. After college, like many others, I felt the pressure to stay in shape. I decided to join a large gym, hoping it would be the right place for me to work out and improve my health.

Most of the guys there seemed more focused on sizing each other up and admiring themselves in the mirror than actually getting in a good workout. It just wasn’t for me.
