The Golden Habits Challenge

If you really want to change your life, you have to start by changing your habits. You become the things that you do. We want you to improve your life by doing the RIGHT things without thinking about them.

And we’re going to do it together. Since change is hard, we’re going to support you with coaching, accountability, and a great peer group.

The Golden Habits Challenge:
Hydration – ½ bodyweight in oz. of Water
Clean Eating – 0 Sweet Treats
Activity – 60 minutes of movement daily
Recovery – 8 hours of sleep

None of these habits are overly profound, but they’re rarely done consistently, and consistency always plays out. To help these habits become sustainable, we will start with 1 habit the first week, adding a new one each week, with them all together the last 2 weeks. 

We will have a WhatsApp group with tips and support for each habit, and give you a tracking sheet to record your success every day. We recommend posting this on your refrigerator or somewhere else in your home you will constantly see and be reminded of. 

There will be a prize for anyone that completes solid adherence, a golden Reform t-shirt. These are earned, not bought. You earn one by hitting 90% compliance (or 88 of 98 checked boxes) on your tracking sheet.

At the end of the challenge, you’ll sit down with coach Jolene, look at your Habits tracking, and get your next best steps to further success!

What results should I see by the end?
You’ll definitely feel sharper, likely lose some pounds, and gain resilience from committing and making it through something tough. Most importantly, you’ll have a running start at a habit that you might keep forever. When I gave up added sugar years ago it felt like a big sacrifice, but now I don’t really care about sugar at all.
You don’t have to commit to giving up treats forever. But if you do it for 35 days, you’ll be through the worst part, and then you can decide what to do next. Diets aren’t sustainable, habits are forever.
